Brik is a wine centric establishment located in the Wyman Historic District on Colfax and York. The owner, Travis Gee, eloquently bridges the gap between Old World and New World concepts by combining experience gained through his travels and love of wine.
Brik features an open kitchen with an authentic wood-fired oven imported from Italy, named the Acunto Mario. The menu features wood fired Neapolitan pizza, artisan charcuterie platters, tapas, seasonal salads and weekly chalk board creations such as hand-made pastas and wood-fired meats.
Creating a Brik experience is as much about decadent wine and delicious food as it is about the ambiance. Brik offers region-specific wine and food pairings, tasting events, and educational experiences. Wine’d down Wednesday is our weekly tasting event and on every first Wednesday of the month, Brik takes your taste buds to a new region in the world of wine where you can learn and taste wines with one of our sommeliers. Brik also offers live music featuring local musicians. The love affair between wine, food and music is what makes Brik an ideal local hangout for neighbors and strangers to meet. The essence of “Brik on York” is honoring the past and bringing passion to every aspect of the Brik experience!
